雨的影響：涂料如果在還沒有完全干燥的時候淋雨，對成型會造成不利影響。不僅施工時應(yīng)注意氣象情況，即使施工完后也應(yīng)該注意氣象情況。在施工前如果下了雨，基面里留有水分，使含水率變高，便不可強行施工。下雨前，將每日即將要施工的基面部分用蓬布蓋好，可以不誤連續(xù)施工。絕對不能在含水率超過規(guī)定標準的基面上施工，不按操作規(guī)程施工，會引起涂膜剝離。

風的影響：大風天氣應(yīng)停止施工，特別在低氣溫時更應(yīng)注意。由于風的原因壁面的溫度會降得比氣溫還低，為了防止風帶來的影響，應(yīng)注意遮上蓬布。
